室內開放樓梯：（類似十四廠三期辦公棟挑空區的樓梯）

在辦公室的大辦公區內加入挑空區，以及如哈利波特魔法學
校－霍格華茲的魔法樓梯，讓人不由產生一種有趣且讓人想多去
爬樓梯的心情。而樓梯旁不論是植生牆、鏡子、玻璃或是多種元
素混搭，都會有意想不到的樂趣。

綠色空間（Green Space）：

在辦公室的大辦公區的周邊、走廊兩端或幾個節點中挑一個
空間來營造綠色生活的環境，最好是每一樓層都能有一個這樣的
空間，除了可以讓人徹底放鬆、舒壓一下（綠色對眼睛及情緒都
好）；也可以讓兩三個人做對談或小型會議空間使用，或可作為
小組活動來使用。
