                                                   an increase in the range of change. Power grid instability has
                                                   also increased simultaneously.
                                                   If there is any TPC abnormality, the whole country will suffer
                                                   power cuts or partial power outages. The companies also
                                                   need to cooperate with load reduction to reduce the risk of
                                                   grid overload. Due to the large number of tsmc factories,
                                                   it  is  inefficient  to  collect  complicated  power  generation
                                                   information  manually  for  each  power  rationing,  so  an
                                                   automated platform is built to improve.
