              發電機冷卻水箱保養技術與品質提升探討

                  摘要                                     近年來因大用戶日益頻繁支援台電供電,使各廠發電機使用
                                                         頻率增加,F18 廠區陸續發現發電機水箱破損以及機頭燒毀

                                                         探傷,在水箱焊接處進行預判,針對有問題的水箱進行焊補

                                                         並量測蒐集震動數據,分析震動造成水箱破損可能性,最後
                    2.2  冷卻系統及常見故障                       將水箱結構進行改良,提升水箱品質。

                  3. 研究方法
