摘要

摘要 台灣行政院環保署於 2023 年因應全球氣候變遷並確保國家
永續發展為前提訂定氣候變遷因應法，同時成立碳權交易

所，預計於 2025 年開始徵收碳稅。台積公司也於 2021 年
