                                                     developers are required to independently procure measures for
                                                     mitigating both air pollution and GHG. However, the supporting
                                                     legislation in this regard is not yet comprehensive. Currently, the
                                                     Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) has only established a
                                                     matching platform exclusively for automobile upgrade Incentive
                                                     programs. Furthermore, private enterprises often struggle to
                                                     access scattered information on emissions reductions, which
                                                     complicates the implementation process. In addition to active
                                                     negotiations with the EPA to establish a unified information
                                                     platform, TSMC collaborates with other government agencies
                                                     and professional consulting firms/corporate entities to facilitate
                                                     matching for offsetting emissions. The objective is to acquire
                                                     offsets of air pollution and GHG. Ensure the smooth operation
                                                     during the operational period thereby.
