摘要 廚餘在農業時代起一直都作為牲畜糧食再利用,加上台灣的養豬業
的興盛,廚餘再利用去化場所多數為養豬場,2018 年因受非洲豬瘟

machine was introduced at the Hsinchu Science Park. After a
year of testing and operation, it can reduce the fermentation
time of kitchen waste from a traditional month to 7 days. By
2022, the fermentation time was further reduced to 3 days.
The quality of the fertilizer complies with the miscellaneous
compost standards of the Agriculture Commission. The
proportion of kitchen waste converted into fertilizer is about
20 to 30%. It is estimated that all the company�s kitchen waste
will be converted into fertilizer, producing 400 tons of organic
fertilizer per year.
