5. 結論及未來精進
快速裝機階段隨時變化以及新廠驗收階段密密麻麻一堆
事情，誰能即時掌握大盤調派資源將是勝利者。策略一開始
與團隊設定目標就是資料庫管理傳承，因此我們利用 : ①新
廠Ramping D±天數，一秒完全掌控運轉相關準備項目時程與
狀況；②專人專職；③統一資料庫管理；④建立互動式報表
讓未來新廠區一起分析使用。目前F18已完成各項資料庫管理
的Power BI，如 圖22所示，並搭配Smart Copy，讓公司未來
成廠驗收有一標準的管理，可以將該資料庫傳承並減少人員
學習曲線與增加工作效率。
