                Facility Academy Introduction and Future Development Strategy

                摘要 / Abstract

                    人才是企業的基石,也是企業最重要的資產,人才培育對企業是非常重要的。近年來廠務組織隨著公司快速成長不斷擴
                大,人員的能力是否札實是廠務穩定運轉的關鍵。儘管過去廠務已有許多訓練課程,但由於沒有專業的訓練環境及有效的工
                具系統與教學方式,訓練成效是有限的,尤其當組織快速擴充時,員工能力的不足會立刻凸顯。廠務學院的成立,就是要有
                效提升廠務精實的運轉能力與專業技術。
                    本文先探討微軟公司、應材公司與台塑企業在實務上是如何透過訓練來培育人才,對比文獻所談有效訓練的特質與做
                法,回來看廠務學院的訓練的方式與成效,最後提出對學院未來發展的走向與看法。

                    Talent people is the most important asset of an enterprise, so talent cultivation is a very important job. In recent
                years, with the rapid growth of the tsmc company, the facility organization is constantly expanding as well, personnel's
                ability is definitely the key to the stable operation of the factory. Although there have been many training courses for
                facility staff in the past, the training effectiveness is limited due to the lack of professional training environment, effective
                tool systems and teaching methods, especially when the organization is rapidly expanding, the insufficient ability of
                employees will be immediately highlighted. The purpose of the establishment of Facility Academy is to cultivate the lean,
                solid operational capabilities and professional technology of the Facility staff.
                    This article first discusses how Microsoft Corporation, Applied Materials, Inc. and Formosa Plastics Corporation,
                cultivate their talents through training in practice, compares the characteristics and methods of effective training in
                the literature, then looks back to current training doings and performance of the Facility Academy, Finally gives the
                perspectives of the future development direction.

                1.  前言

                    台積公司永續經營的三根支柱是「先進技術」、「卓越                       「快樂廠務」。穩定運轉需要精實的運轉人員,永續的競爭
                製造」與「客戶信任」。而廠務定位為此永續經營的基礎(守                        力來自深入技術專業,有自主創新研究的能力。當廠務具備
