           廠務智慧化進展與未來發展策略

           The Development and the Future Strategy of Smart Facility

           摘要 / Abstract

              從德國政府提出工業4.0高科技計劃開始,智慧工廠、智慧製造成為各國最近幾年來最耳熟能詳的口號與發展目標,各大
           公司無不調整內部發展策略,以期在技術與組織發展能夠跟上這一波科技發展潮流,提升競爭力並達成永續經營方針。隨著台
           積電進入智慧製造與數位轉型時代,廠務的自動化能力也到了迫切需要轉型的時候,由工業自動化提升到智慧自動化,藉由導
           入大數據、物聯網、人工智慧、機械人等智慧化技術應用提升廠務系統智慧化能力。本文將探討導入德國工業4.0數位轉型的
           手法,盤點廠務智慧化的能力現況與描繪未來廠務智慧化的發展方向。

              Since the German government proposed the Industry 4.0 high-tech plan, Intelligent Factory and Intelligent
           Manufacturing have become the most popular slogans and development goals of various countries in recent years.
           In order to enhance company competitiveness and achieve a sustainable development policy, large enterprises
           have all adjusted their internal development strategies to keep up with this trend of technology development. As
           TSMC enters the era of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation, it has become urgent to transform
           the automation capabilities of the Facility departments from industrial automation to intelligent automation. This is
           accomplished by introducing intelligence technologies, such as Big Data, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and
           Robotics, to enhance the intelligence capabilities of Facility systems. This article will discuss how to introduce the digital
           transformation methods of Industry 4.0, evaluate the current intelligence capabilities of Facility, and then describe the
           future development of Smart Facility.

           1.  前言

              在台灣少子化及東南亞經濟崛起、輸出勞工減少下,台                       何透過一套系統性的方法,把工業4.0、數位轉型精神應用到
           灣產業界已面臨缺工窘境,業者無不走向自動化、導入工業                        廠務系統中,讓廠務系統從自動化往智慧化轉型,藉由全面性
           4.0達到數位轉型。台積電「人機比」從八吋廠的1 : 3,到十二                  體質改善,朝向智慧廠務(Smart Facility)願景邁進。

           吋廠的1 : 20,2013年先進的十二吋廠已拉高到1 : 75 ,比例
           逐年增加。面臨公司逐年人力精簡、人員效率提升的需求,以
           往的自動化改善手法已經漸漸無法滿足廠務迫切改善體質、提
           升運轉效能的全面性需求。適逢近幾年業界與公司致力於轉型
           智慧工廠、智慧製造,各種智慧化、數位轉型技術從物聯網、
           大數據、人工智慧、機器人的精進與普及,廠務也開始思考如
