摘要 / Abstract
不論化學品的儲存桶槽或是運轉系統桶槽,一旦發生損壞則會影響整個系統的操作更可能影響人身安全。F14P12遭遇多次
桶槽洩漏事件,為了瞭解其真正洩漏原因,進而收集F14A(F6、F14P12、F14P34)廠區內桶槽出現的洩漏情況,歸納出失效模式並
統整可能造成桶槽洩漏的真因。
在此次的研究統計中,桶槽的內外部設計與材質的選擇,對於桶槽的使用年限有著非常大的影響,另外FRP(fiber-reinforced
plastic;玻璃纖維強化塑膠)桶槽正確的施作與修補手法對於桶槽有延續使用壽命的效果,文章中將利用檢驗工具針對CS(Carbon
Steel )+rubber lining桶槽的製作與修補進行驗證與測試,建立補強方式、正確施工手法以及檢驗準則,如此一來可大幅降低桶
槽洩漏之突發狀況,因此,就能從事後補救的方式轉變至事前的預防。

Any damage of chemical storage tank and operation system tank will affect the operation of the entire system and
even personal safety. To identify the root cause of tank leakage, we collect the leakage cases of F14A(F6, F14P12 and
F14P34) and investigate via FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
According to our study, it's found that the design of the tank and the choice of material have a significant effect
on the duration of service. For FRP(fiber-reinforced plastic) tank, it's found that a proper construction method and
refurbishment are helpful on extending the duration of service. For CS(Carbon Steel) and rubber lining tank, we tested
and verified that the occurrence of tank leakage could be reduced by inspection tool if the tank were installed with
a proper construction method or refurbishment. In addition, we also establish the guidelines of refurbishment and
construction methods for CS and rubber lining tanks. As a result, we can take preventive measures against the sudden
tank leakage which could only be solved by remedial action.
