Development ESG Roadmap in Facility

摘要 / Abstract

ESG是近年各企業治理的重要議題，其所代表的意思分別是環境保護(environment, E)、社會責任(social, S)和公司治理
(governance, G)，由聯合國全球盟約(UN Global Compact)於2004年首次提出的概念，被視為評估企業中長期穩定經營的指標。
不論是過去的企業社會責任(CSR)或是現在的ESG，其中深層的意義與目標都是促進整體人類「永續發展」。ESG的第一個字是
Environment；顯見環境的重要性，當適合人類生存與發展的環境不存在了，社會也將分崩離析，何況是企業。廠務是工廠營運
過程中與環境議題最密切且直接相關的組織。除了環境議題之外，本文將透過各利害關係人以及國際評比指標，協助建構更多
元的廠務ESG發展藍圖。

ESG has been an important issue of corporate governance in recent years. Literally, the letters represent
"Environment, Social and Governance", a concept first brought up by UN Global Compact in 2004 and recognized
as an index of corporate business stability in the mid/long-term. Either CSR or ESG, the meaning and the objective
is to advance humanitarian development sustainability. The fact that the first letter of "ESG" stands for "Environment"
manifests its significance. If the proper environment for human existence and development doesn't exist anymore, the
society will collapse, not to mention corporations. Facility is the organization most directly related to the environmental
issues in fab operations. In addition to environmental issues, the purpose of this paper is to build more diverse Facility
ESG development roadmaps through stakeholders' perspectives and global standards.

1. 前言

台積公司以「提升社會」為ESG願景，設定「誠信正 廠務日常業務密切相關的目標，透過研究其他國家、企業在前
