4.3.3 Plant Layout
As shown in Figure 14 below, the waste H 2 SO 4 will be
shipped by tank trucks from F15A or F15B, and transferred it to
waste H 2 SO 4 storage tank area. Then waste H 2 SO 4 is pumped
to Process area for purification. The final H 2 SO 4 product will
be loaded to tank truck in product filling area and sent back to
F15A or F15B for use.

4.4 Fluoride Recycling Plant(FRP)
4.4.1 Plant Scope
FRP will process about 18,000 tons/yr of CaF 2 sludge and
generate about 9,000 tons/yr of industrial grade of Fluorite
product used for flux, slagging agent or desulfurizing agent.
The CaF 2 sludge is typically 75% in weight of dry basis. The
balanced of the water is about 50%.
