Bob Bearden graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer-ing in 1987. Upon completion of studies Bob entered the field of QA/QC for instal-lation of process piping for Semiconduc-tor Manufacturing Facilities. In the con-vening 20+ years, Bob has continued in the QA/QC field and has expanded to Project Management, Construction Man-agement and QA/QC services for bio-pharmaceutical production plants, qualifi-cation of biohazard containment units and most recently testing of nuclear dry cask storage units for spent nuclear fuel. Bob was instrumental in developing ASME BPE, the standard used for installation of bio-pharmaceutical piping systems. Bob was also instrumental in developing the first certification HMSLD (Helium mass spectrometer leak detection) and currently holds certifications as SNT Level II for VT (visual testing) and LT (leak testing) HMSLD.
Bob is currently working for Resplen-dence Technology Limited at TSMC Fab14P4 as lead 3rd Party QA/QC for the installation of gas, chemical and slurry systems.
